Referendum 71 Debate Wednesday, Oct. 14,7:30–9pm 1119 8th Ave, Seattle. Referendum 71 is a November ballot measure filed by opponents of same-sex partnerships. The event panel is still taking shape, but, considering the rancor around this issue, expect a balanced conversation including politicians, advocates and citizens from both sides of the issue.
